Sandalwood oil offers a number of health benefits for your body and mind. For instance, the oil possesses natural grounding properties that help protect against negative emotions.
It is frequently used in meditation to uplift the mind and stimulate the mood. The oil supplies similar properties to skin, making it more radiant, smoother, and healthier than ever.
The oil’s strong and calming properties, along with its natural ability to support skin health, make it one powerful agent to have on hand if you have an unwieldy teenager under your roof.
To support emotional health and relieve tension, add 3-4 drops to your diffuser and inhale deeply.
For hair health, massage 1-2 drops into your wet hair and scalp. You can also use sandalwood in a facial steam. Add a few drops to a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over it and you, and breathe in the pleasant aroma while the steam goes to work on your pores. Lastly, you can apply sandalwood topically to support skin health. Simply rub 1-2 drops softly over the affected area.
